Dental Technology Integrators, a full solution dental integrator, opened its doors in 1999. David Hanning, owner and founder of Dental TI, started the company after leaving a successful career with "Insight Imaging" as one of the top sales representatives. He then moved into the regional manager position with "Computer Age Dentist" followed by "American Dental Technologies“ as a national sales manager. David had a philosophy and vision for the future of technology in the dental field and wished to offer his experience and knowledge to this new venture. His philosophy was to offer a new paradigm in dental technology integration. A paradigm based in seamless, stress free technology solutions for dental practices.

Technology is an ever-changing and evolving industry. Dental offices have computers, servers, high speed networks, digital x-ray, intra oral cameras, diode, CO2, and Erbium YAG lasers. These individual pieces are used not only to improve patient education and diagnostic abilities, but surgical procedures as well. Additionally, dentists have a huge responsibility running their practice and staving up to date with continuing education. With all of this, it is too much for a doctor to take the time and effort required to stay updated with the continuously changing technology presented to them every day. Dental TI believes that the best interest of a dental office is not to be sold on bits and pieces of technology, but instead to be offered a solution that combines all of the pieces of technology into a flow and process that increases the productivity and quality of a dental practice.


We know that many dental offices can be intimidated by all the new technology available and the learning curve involved in becoming a paperless practice. Furthermore, the combination of sales people, manufacturer's representatives, and large supply houses have left many practices confused and aggravated when something goes wrong and they need service and support. This is why Dental TI wanted to create a new standard of service where a practice could look to one technology vendor to provide them with not only the solution, but a meaningful service contract to back that solution in its entirety. Dental TI is not a huge supply house with millions of customers, but instead it is a company with four or five clients a month, dealing almost exclusively with the top one percent of dentists in the nation. Dental TI draws nearly 80% of its business from client referral. This shows that Dental TI relies not just on the initial sale but in a continuing relationship with the dentist for the company to prosper. The vision of the company is to provide a quality solution that improves the work and lives of our clients. This is the company motto and is highly invested in everything the company does.
