At Dental TI, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a customer experience rooted in integrity and expertise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—with clear and fair guidelines for returns and replacements.
Eligibility for Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee: Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of installation under our Satisfaction Guarantee. Returns must be pre-approved.

Standard Return Window: Items may be returned for any reason within 60 days of the original shipment date, provided they have not been used on patients.

Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and free of any clinical exposure or contamination.
Exclusions

Products that have been used on patients are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Returns requested after 60 days will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated in writing by Dental TI.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

We will facilitate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing with the product manufacturer to ensure a prompt resolution, whether via replacement or repair.

Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@dentalti.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

If eligible, we will issue an RMA and return instructions.

Ship the item(s) back in the original packaging, with all included components, within the time frame provided in your RMA approval.
