1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In short: we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

We collect personal information you provide when you request a quote or demo, contact support, book a consultation, or otherwise reach out through the site. Depending on the interaction, this may include: name, phone number, email address, practice name and address, job title, and the details of your inquiry.

Dental TI does not process payment card data through this website — we don’t run an online checkout. Purchases are arranged by phone or invoice with our team, so billing information is never collected or stored by the site itself.

Information automatically collected

In short: some information — like your IP address and browser characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it’s being used — it doesn’t identify you by name.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

In short: to respond to you, run the site, and — only with your consent — for analytics and marketing follow-up.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry. Answer questions, provide quotes, and schedule demos or consultations.
• Provide support. Troubleshoot issues and follow up on service requests.
• Keep the site secure. Detect and prevent fraud or abuse, including through Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact forms.
• Understand site usage (only if you consent to Analytics cookies — see Section 4). We use this to see which pages are helpful and improve the site.
• Follow up on marketing inquiries (only if you consent to Marketing cookies — see Section 4). If you submit a form, we may use HubSpot to route your inquiry to the right person and, with your consent, send related follow-up.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what’s described here without asking first.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

In short: only with the service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, or when required by law.

We share information with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — currently Google (Analytics), HubSpot (form handling and CRM), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each only receives what’s needed to do that job.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
• Business transfers. If Dental TI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this notice.

Dental TI has not sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months, and we will not sell it going forward.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In short: yes, sorted into three categories — and Analytics and Marketing cookies only run if you say yes.

When you first visit the site, a banner lets you choose which categories to allow. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie Preferences in the footer.

• Necessary. Always on — these keep the site working (page navigation, remembering your cookie choice) and secure (Cloudflare Turnstile, which screens our contact forms for bots). They don’t track you across sites and can’t be turned off.
• Analytics. Google Analytics (GA4). Off until you accept it. Helps us see which pages get used and where visitors run into trouble.
• Marketing. HubSpot. Off until you accept it. If you submit a contact or quote form, HubSpot helps us track and follow up on that inquiry; with this category enabled it may also use a cookie (hubspotutk) to associate your visit with your submission.

We also embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which YouTube states does not use tracking cookies unless you play the video.

If you decline Analytics and Marketing cookies, the site still works fully — you’ll just be browsing without those two scripts loaded.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In short: only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires longer.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary — generally no more than two years after your last interaction with us — unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In short: we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we process, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and Cloudflare’s security layer in front of the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In short: no — we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

This site is intended for dental practices and industry professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at info@dentalti.com and we’ll delete it.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@dentalti.com.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings, though this may affect how parts of the site work. To opt out of interest-based advertising generally, visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices/.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) signal. Because there’s no uniform standard yet for how sites should respond to DNT, we don’t currently respond to DNT browser signals. Your Cookie Preferences choice in the footer is the reliable way to control Analytics and Marketing cookies on this site.

10. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In short: yes — California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out under the CCPA.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we’ve collected about you and why.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — Dental TI does not sell or share personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of today, but the right stands regardless.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
