1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Dental TI’s website or purchasing products and services from Dental TI, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using this website or ordering from Dental TI.

2. Definitions

• "Dental TI" refers to Dental Technology Integrators, LLC.

• "Customer" refers to any purchaser or end-user of Dental TI’s products or services.

• "Products" include imaging sensors, CBCT units, software licenses, and accessories sold by Dental TI.

• "Services" include installation, training, and technical support.

• "Website" means www.dentalti.com and all related domains and platforms.

 

3. Use of Products

All products are sold for lawful, professional use by licensed dental practitioners. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations in the use and operation of equipment purchased from Dental TI.

 

4. Software Licensing

Software provided (e.g., CADI) is licensed, not sold. The license is non-transferable and limited to use within a single practice unless otherwise authorized in writing. Unauthorized duplication or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of original shipment date only if the product has not been used on a patient.

• Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

• All returned items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

• Used or clinically exposed products are not eligible for return.

• For defective items, Dental TI will facilitate RMA processing with the original manufacturer.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

A satisfaction guarantee is available on non-damaged products within 30 days of installation, provided the item remains unused and is in original condition.

 

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other terms are agreed in writing. Dental TI accepts major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved financing partners.

Late payments may result in delayed shipments, suspended service, or collection action.

 

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship FOB origin. Risk of loss passes to Customer upon carrier pickup. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and Dental TI shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or manufacturers.

 

9. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

Dental TI does not provide product warranties; warranty coverage is provided by manufacturers, subject to their respective terms.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, DENTAL TI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental TI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content provided by Dental TI, including but not limited to “PrimeView™”, “CADI™”, and “CBCT Expert Series™”, are the intellectual property of Dental TI or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

12. Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

 

13. Third-Party Content

The website may contain links to third-party websites or manufacturers. Dental TI is not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of such third-party sites.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Carmel, IN.

 

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Venue for arbitration shall be Carmel, IN.

 

16. Modifications to Terms

Dental TI reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
