Two ways to get this done

Use ours

Fill in the form and we'll send our standard Business Associate Agreement, already signed on our side, for your records and counter-signature.

Send us yours

If your practice, group, or DSO has a BAA your counsel prefers, say so in the message field and email the document to info@dentalti.com. We'll review and execute it.

Wondering what we actually see?

Separate from the agreement, we publish what happens to patient data during a remote support session — what we look at, what we never copy, and what stays under your control. Read it here.

On a deadline?

Compliance reviews rarely arrive early. Call 800-672-5733 and we'll move it to the front of the queue.

Request a BAA

BAA questions, answered

Does Dental TI sign a BAA?

Yes. Request one with the form on this page and we return a signed agreement, usually within one business day. If your practice or DSO requires its own BAA on its own paper, send it over and we will review and execute that instead.

Why does an imaging vendor need a BAA?

Servicing imaging systems can mean incidental access to protected health information — remote support sessions on an imaging workstation, moving a study during a migration, or diagnosing a database issue. Where that access exists, a business associate agreement is the instrument that governs it.

How long does it take?

Typically one business day. If your compliance review is on a deadline, call 800-672-5733 and we will move it up.

Can we use our own BAA instead of yours?

Yes. Many practices and DSOs have a standard agreement their counsel prefers. Note it in the form and attach or email your document — we will review it and get it executed.
