Privacy notice

This notice covers the private Business Hub at admin.dentalti.com, operated by Dental Technology Integrators, Inc. (Dental TI). It supplements the public website’s privacy policy for this internal application.

Information used

After an authorized company administrator connects QuickBooks, the app reads Dental TI’s company identity, profit-and-loss and receivables reports, invoices, sales receipts, credits, purchase orders, bills and purchase expenses. These records may contain customer and supplier names, transaction descriptions and financial amounts. The app uses them to estimate deal costs, gross profit, sales targets and receivables aging.

The wider admin tool also supports CRM and campaign reporting through separately authorized HubSpot and Mailchimp connections. The QuickBooks integration does not edit accounting transactions, collect payment-card credentials or move money.

Access and service providers

Access is restricted to authorized Dental TI team members. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and access control through its distributed infrastructure; processing may occur in multiple countries. Intuit supplies QuickBooks authorization and source data. QuickBooks records are used for Dental TI’s internal business operations. The app does not send those records to advertising services, HubSpot, Mailchimp, GitHub or generative AI systems, or sell them to others.

The app encrypts stored QuickBooks authorization tokens. Connection diagnostics retain limited technical details such as status codes and provider request references, without logging tokens or QuickBooks record contents.

Disconnecting and retention

An authorized administrator can use Disconnect QuickBooks in the Business Hub to revoke the app’s access and stop future refreshes. Disconnecting removes saved connection credentials. Previously saved financial snapshots remain with their original dates for business continuity and recordkeeping; disconnecting does not automatically delete them.
